GR4VESS's journey

I recently applied for an administrative assistant position at a religious organization, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated. I didn't expect the application process to be so heavily focused on religious beliefs, especially since I was just looking for a job. It seems like they want very specific candidates, and I'm not sure if I fit into their criteria. I guess I should have done more research on the company before applying, but I just really need a job right now. It's disheartening to think that my qualifications might not matter because of their strict requirements.
