I recently had an experience applying for a sales consultant position at a car dealership. About two months ago, I walked in and was able to secure an interview on the spot with two different managers. I was advised to apply online, which I did, and then I had a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with three different managers. I felt the last interview went really well; we even exchanged phone numbers, and I was told I would hear back the next day. However, that follow-up never came, and despite my attempts to reach out for an update, I received no response. Fast forward to now, I decided to apply again just to see what would happen, and I received an email inviting me to schedule another phone interview. I'm wondering if it's worth going through the process again, and if there's any chance they might reconsider my application this time around. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
