I recently received a job offer from a company called Understood Care for a health advocate position. The offer came without any interview, which raised some red flags for me. They sent over a background check from Checkr, which I know is a legitimate service, but the lack of an interview still feels sketchy. I had a similar experience when I signed up for DoorDash, and that turned out to be a legitimate opportunity. I'm curious if anyone else has heard of Understood Care or has had similar experiences with job offers that seemed too good to be true.
