Applied at American Express for Risk Analyst

I had my final interviews for a Risk Analyst role at American Express about two months ago. After the interviews, I tried reaching out to HR multiple times through calls, emails, and even WhatsApp, but I haven't received any response. I even sent a formal email with the interviewers in CC, yet still no reply. It's frustrating because I haven't received a rejection either. I'm starting to wonder what my next steps should be. Should I just move on and apply elsewhere?
