I recently found out that I will be moved to a completely different team at my company, where I work as a client success manager. I've only been here for a short time, and this decision comes after I was unable to achieve my targets for September. However, it's frustrating because those targets were only implemented a few days ago, and I feel like I haven't had a fair chance to meet them. The new role I'm being moved to is very basic, and I really don't want to do it. I'm feeling disheartened because it seems like my efforts haven't been recognized, especially since September isn't even over yet. I'm at a loss for what to do next, but one thing is clear: I do not want to take on this new role. I'm considering looking for other opportunities, but I'm worried about the current job market for my position. I can't afford to be unemployed, so I'm feeling quite stuck right now.
