I'm feeling really discouraged right now. I've been at my current company for a while, and despite my hard work, I've received no appraisal or recognition. I've been actively looking for new opportunities, but I haven't received any offers yet. It feels like I've hit a wall, and I'm starting to lose hope in finding a better situation.
