I'm currently job searching after leaving two short-term positions in Singapore. I graduated from university at the end of last year and got my first job (Job A) a few months later, but I left after three months due to company restructuring and a lack of fit. I then quickly found another job (Job B), but it required a lot of overtime, including weekends, which led to burnout. I also left that job after three months. Now, I'm struggling to find a new position and I'm concerned that my short tenure at both jobs might be affecting my chances. I tried removing Job A from my resume, but kept Job B because I had some good achievements there. Unfortunately, I haven't received any interview invitations yet. In hindsight, I regret leaving Job B without having another offer lined up, but I was genuinely burnt out. I'm now looking for remote work with no excessive overtime, and I'm considering a career switch from marketing to data analytics since I've heard it's a good fit for my psychology degree and offers better pay. However, my resume is heavily focused on marketing, and I'm unsure if I can make this switch, especially since I'm having trouble landing marketing jobs as well. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated!
