I've submitted over 1000 job applications and managed to secure 6 screening calls, but despite my efforts, I haven't received any job offers. I'm feeling really lost and frustrated right now, and I can't pinpoint what I might be doing wrong in my approach. It's disheartening to put in so much work and not see any results.
