I always thought entry-level jobs had a simpler hiring process, but it seems like that's not the case anymore. It's not just me either; many of my friends searching for jobs are experiencing the same thing. I remember when getting hired for these roles was more straightforward, usually just one interview with the boss. Has the process really changed that much?
