In August, I started a new job, but I ended up quitting after just two weeks due to issues related to my autism. My manager repeatedly implied that I seemed slow or not engaged enough, suggesting that my contract could be terminated if I didn't improve. My coworkers also made jokes about my behavior, calling me weird and asocial. This kind of treatment has been a recurring issue in my previous jobs, and it really affected my mental health, leading to depression and anxiety. I decided I couldn't tolerate that environment any longer. After leaving, I applied for a warehouse job, but unfortunately, the situation didn't improve. Since then, I've focused on applying for delivery driver positions, but there aren't many available in my area. Over the past two months, I've only sent out 10 resumes and managed to secure just one interview, which ended in rejection. I'm wondering if there are other job options out there that require minimal interaction with management and coworkers.
