I'm currently working in the medical field as an MRI technician in California, but I've been struggling to find job opportunities since the market is quite slim in my area. I've applied to every position I qualify for, but I'm considering reaching out to a recruiter for additional support. I'm unsure how to go about finding a recruiter and whether it would be worthwhile. I've heard that having a strong LinkedIn profile can attract recruiters, so I'm thinking about improving mine to increase my chances.
