I have an interview for a position in HR this Thursday, and I'm feeling quite confused about how to approach it. I initially applied for a role in the marketing department, but this opportunity in HR came up. My background includes an internship in HR, but my major is in supply chain, and I don't have a strong passion for HR. However, I really love the culture of the company; it’s vibrant and filled with young energy, which is why I’m eager to join. I'm unsure how to answer questions about why I want to work in HR or why I switched departments. I would appreciate any advice on how to prepare for this interview and tackle these potential questions.
