I've been job searching for several months now, and despite having solid experience in my field, I feel completely lost. I've applied to numerous positions, revamped my resume, and updated my LinkedIn profile, yet I'm still getting very little feedback. Did you find that reaching out directly to hiring managers made a difference compared to just applying through job boards? Did any job search coaching or services provide real value, or were they a waste of resources? I'm not looking for generic advice like 'apply to more jobs'—I've already been doing that consistently.
