I feel so defeated right now. After nearly 30 years at a Fortune 500 company, I've spent the last year sending out 100 job applications, but I haven't had much luck. My role was quite specialized, and I struggle to generalize my resume to make it more appealing to potential employers. It feels like I've hit a wall and I'm not sure how to move forward.
