I just received a job offer from Thrivent for a position I applied for. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and skepticism—either they are really proud of their selection process, or my resume and interview skills exceeded my own expectations. I'm curious if anyone else has experience working there. I've seen some mixed feedback online; some say it's a high-pressure life insurance sales role and not worth it, while others mention that Thrivent has a solid reputation and good benefits. Given the current job market, I’m tempted to accept the offer but want to be sure it's the right move for me.
