I resigned from my position last month due to personal reasons, specifically my parents going through a divorce. I reached out to my manager to discuss the possibility of an early release or a buyout, but unfortunately, they informed me that neither option is available. Now, I'm trying to figure out what my options are moving forward. I'm feeling a bit lost and would appreciate any advice on how to navigate this situation.
