I recently graduated and applied for a day-shift position at a local company. After going through the interview process, I was unfortunately rejected. Just three weeks later, I decided to reapply for a night-shift position at the same company. When the recruiter reviewed my application, she noted that I had interviewed for the day-shift role previously, which made her a bit hesitant. Despite this, she went ahead and scheduled me for an interview with the same hiring manager and two others. She mentioned she would inform me of any changes before the interview. Now, I'm feeling uncertain about whether this is a good move or if I should focus my efforts on other job applications instead. I'm feeling a bit discouraged about the whole situation.
