Ill-Gear-1972's journey

I recently found myself in a tough situation with my employer here in Oregon. They have put some serious allegations against me, claiming I did things that I absolutely did not do, and what's worse is that they have it in writing. I was never even counseled about any of these supposed actions. I'm feeling really overwhelmed and unsure about how to handle this. I’ve been advised that if I contest their claims, they will have to provide proof of their accusations. I’m gathering any evidence I can find to support my case, hoping to fax it over to contest these false claims.
