I recently applied for a new position and, after a couple of interviews, I felt confident enough to put in my notice at my current job. However, it’s been over a week since my last interview, and I haven’t heard anything back from the company. I’m starting to worry that I might have jumped the gun by resigning before securing the new role. Did I get ghosted? I'm feeling anxious about my decision and the possibility of being without a job.
