I recently faced a tough situation during my internship at a company where I was assured of full-time conversion after my internship. I started in February, but due to my college exams and the NPTEL registration deadline, I had to take nearly a month off to prepare. My team lead expected me to be available shortly after my exams, but the schedule was incredibly hectic with back-to-back vivas and project submissions. Unfortunately, I received a termination email out of the blue. Since then, I've been actively searching for a new job, attending multiple interviews, and applying through referrals, but nothing has worked out. It's been mentally exhausting, and I've been feeling quite depressed. I've even had some overwhelming thoughts lately. I'm reaching out because I genuinely need help to get started again.
