I recently applied for a position at Extensya in Jordan and went through a rigorous process. I passed the initial exam and have had multiple interviews with different teams. Just four days ago, I received a call congratulating me on getting the job. I spoke with my team leader, who assured me everything was set and that I would receive a call within 1-3 days for training. However, today I got another call stating they are still looking for teams for me. This has left me extremely confused and questioning the professionalism of their communication. Is this kind of back-and-forth normal in the hiring process? I'm starting to wonder if this is a blessing in disguise.
