I’m 25 and currently stuck in a manufacturing job, which I’m really trying to escape. I've been applying to various positions outside of manufacturing and HVAC, but it's proving to be quite challenging. A few months back, I applied for a role with the Department of Transportation but haven’t heard anything back, leaving me feeling a bit lost on what to do next. I’m not looking for a specific career path right now; I just want a job that I don’t dread going to every day. My ultimate goal is to explore something more creative, like music, acting, or animation, but I’m struggling to figure out how to get started in those fields. I don’t have any major responsibilities that motivate me to push through a tough job, and with the current housing market, saving for a house feels daunting. I’m just looking for something to keep the money flowing while I figure out my next steps.
