Inkylovania's journey

I'm 17 and currently searching for a job in the Chicagoland area. I have a disability that requires me to sit for most of the workday due to severe damage in my right leg. While I can walk and lift things, standing for long periods is challenging for me. I've been applying to various places, including restaurants and retail, but whenever I mention my need for accommodations during interviews, I seem to get ghosted. I'm looking for suggestions on types of jobs that might be more accommodating for my situation. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
