boutique property management company

I recently had a second and final interview with a boutique property management company that I'm really excited about, as it would require me to relocate. I've been through three interviews with five different people, including the Principal, and I've received positive feedback throughout the process. However, it's been a week since my last interview on June 15, and I haven't heard anything yet. I applied for two positions at this company. My timeline started on May 25 when I applied for the first position and had my first interview on May 28. I followed up with a thank you note after each interview, but the communication has been sparse. I was told I would hear back about the second interview for the first position by the end of the week, but here I am, still waiting. I understand that ghosting is common in the job search process, but I feel anxious and want to know if it's appropriate to send a follow-up email. I don't want to come off as overbearing, but I also think it's reasonable to ask for an update, especially since my life is on hold while I wait to see if I need to plan a move. I’ve seen others in similar situations and it seems like following up is a common practice, so I'm leaning towards sending that email soon.
