I've been actively searching for a new role as an AI engineer, and I've noticed that the job market is quite challenging right now. One of the biggest bottlenecks I face is the overwhelming number of application forms. It feels like I'm constantly submitting applications into a 'black hole' with little to no feedback. The burnout from managing the volume of tasks is real, and it often feels like I'm juggling too many things at once. I find myself frustrated with the need to tailor my resume for each position and keeping track of all my submissions. The mental load of organizing everything is exhausting.
