I've been actively searching for a new role as an AI engineer, and I've noticed that the job market is quite challenging right now. One of the biggest bottlenecks I face is the overwhelming number of application forms. It feels like I'm constantly submitting applications into a 'black hole' with little to no feedback. The burnout from managing the volume of tasks is real, and it often feels like I'm juggling too many things at once. I find myself frustrated with the need to tailor my resume for each position and keeping track of all my submissions. The mental load of organizing everything is exhausting. I'm trying to refine my approach to make this process more manageable.
