I recently had a panel interview for a lead role at a big pharmaceutical company, and I was feeling really anxious about it. I struggle with social anxiety, which makes conversations tough, especially in high-pressure situations like this. This was my third round of interviews, and I could sense that they appreciated my background, but the thought of blanking out during the panel was nerve-wracking.
