I recently dropped out of college and faced a setback when I was let go from my job as a server because I wasn't performing as well as my colleagues. Now, I'm feeling lost about my next steps. I attempted to enroll in my community college again, but I need to pay $4000 to release my transcript, which is a significant barrier. I've been trying to break into roles like dispatcher or logistics coordinator, but I've hit a wall since most employers require prior experience. For the past three months, I've been actively applying for jobs on Indeed, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success. I'm really unsure about where to focus my efforts or what my goals should be moving forward.
