I recently received a letter in the mail regarding my unemployment benefits situation. I had been on unemployment for a few months when my former employer appealed my claim, stating that I had quit my job, which I did not. As a result, the unemployment office disqualified me. I filed an appeal and submitted a hearing request about two weeks ago, providing all necessary documentation and details. Today, I got a letter stating that the determination disqualifying me from benefits because I supposedly quit has been withdrawn. I'm confused about this — does it mean they made a decision before the hearing request was processed?
