I was recently laid off and now I have 18 days left in my grace period. I'm planning to apply for a B2 Change of Status (COS) and want to make sure I complete all the interviews I currently have lined up. I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has gone through a similar situation recently. Did you handle your B1/B2 application on your own, or did you seek help from an attorney?
