I am currently searching for my next job as a lawyer and noticed that in the past 24 hours, several partners at a local firm within my practice area have viewed my LinkedIn profile. Interestingly, I haven't applied to this firm, and one of the partners, whom I have a good relationship with from years ago, has checked my profile multiple times this week. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar and if there are any strategies I can use to turn this interest into a job opportunity. Should I reach out to my colleague there to say hello and see how they're doing?
