I'm currently navigating the job market and facing some significant challenges. One of the biggest hurdles is the overwhelming number of applicants for each position. It's tough to stand out when so many qualified candidates are vying for the same roles. Additionally, I've noticed that many job postings require specific experience or skills that I don't possess, which can be discouraging.
