Applied at Apex Systems for Unknown

I've had a string of bad luck with Apex Systems, and it's really starting to get to me. I’ve been working with a recruiter from their Bellevue office, but things haven't gone well. Back in 2019, I interviewed for a help desk tech position with Starbucks through them. The feedback I got was that I was 'too nice' and they were concerned I wouldn't be able to finish tickets on time. Then in 2022, I applied for a role with the Microsoft safety team. Honestly, I think I messed that one up myself. I showed up looking a bit unkempt—wore a regular shirt and didn't shave, even though they said it was super casual. Most recently, I was represented for a data entry position at GoHealth. The problem is, I had no experience in healthcare, so I didn’t get that job either. Now, my recruiter has essentially fired me and told me not to call him anymore. I’m feeling a lot of anxiety about this situation. I can’t help but wonder what I’ve been doing wrong with Apex Systems that has led to three rejections and now losing my recruiter. It’s frustrating and disheartening.
