I recently went through a final interview for a senior role at a tech company and felt it went really well. The hiring manager even reached out personally afterward to offer to be my reference, which I took as a positive sign. However, it's been a while now, and I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm feeling a bit ghosted and unsure of what to do next. I've been advised that this can happen, especially when an agency is involved, so I’m trying not to take it personally. I’m considering reaching out to inquire about the status, but I’m also aware that it might not yield any new information. I’d appreciate any advice or thoughts on how to navigate this situation.
