I recently started my job search and came across a position that interested me. However, the application process required me to use Snagajob, a platform I hadn't used in years. After logging in and submitting my resume and cover letter, I received a security alert from Gmail indicating an attempted login to my account from an unknown source. This was concerning, especially since it coincided with my application on Snagajob. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I'm starting to wonder if Snagajob might be a risky platform to use. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
