I lost my job in August and filed for unemployment in Massachusetts. I was accepted and completed my waiting week, but since September 5, my claim has been pending. It says it's waiting on information from my ex-employer. I've accumulated about four weeks of unemployment benefits, but I'm starting to worry since I'm close to securing another job. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to expedite this process or if I should just wait it out.
