Applied at Proton for Unknown

I recently learned that my company, Proton, is planning to re-interview staff regarding their roles related to AI. This decision has left many of us feeling uncertain about our job security. It seems like management believes that increasing our reliance on AI will automatically boost productivity, but I can't help but feel skeptical about this approach. The idea of being evaluated again based on AI knowledge has created a lot of anxiety among my colleagues and me. I'm trying to prepare myself for whatever comes next.
