I've been unemployed for the past six months and have been actively applying for jobs. Recently, I had a virtual interview for one position when I received a call about another job I had applied for. I called back right after the interview, but I only got to leave a voicemail. Now, it’s the end of the workday, and I haven't heard back yet. I'm starting to wonder if this is a common situation or if there's something wrong on my end. Should I call again tomorrow morning, or would that come off as too desperate? I’m just feeling a bit anxious about the whole process.
