I graduated with a degree in criminal justice and initially landed a job I loved, but it was seasonal and lacked benefits, making it unsustainable. Currently, I'm stuck in a sales position at a small business, working 8-4 M-F, but I really dislike sales and can't continue in this role. I've been applying to numerous jobs in my field, but the wait times are excessively long, and many positions offer low pay with inconvenient hours, such as weekends and holidays. I'm seeking advice from others who might have faced similar challenges. My main goal is to find a weekday job that allows me to spend more time with my family without sacrificing my well-being for low pay. Any recommendations or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
