I was recently laid off from my position as an Executive Assistant in Los Angeles. Since then, I've been stuck in various contract roles, which has made it challenging to secure a permanent position again. I feel like I'm in a bit of a rut and struggling to navigate the job market. It's frustrating because I have the experience, but the transition back to a full-time role seems harder than I anticipated.
