Koro___Senseiii's journey

I've been trying to switch careers for a while now, but it's been really challenging. I currently work in customer service, and I want to transition into a marketing role. I've taken a few online courses to build my skills, but I'm finding it hard to get noticed by employers. I've applied to numerous positions, but I keep getting rejected or not hearing back at all. I'm feeling a bit lost and unsure about how to effectively market myself for these new opportunities. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
