I've been on the job hunt for a while now, and it's been incredibly frustrating. No matter how many applications I send out or how many networking events I attend, I just can't seem to find a decent job. I've tailored my resume and cover letters for each position, but the responses have been minimal. I'm starting to feel disheartened and unsure of what my next steps should be.
