Navigating Job Title Discrepancy as a Business Analyst During Job Search

I'm currently in the job search process and facing a unique challenge regarding my job title that could impact my background check. I worked as a business analyst, which is accurately reflected in my job duties, offer letter, and performance reviews. However, my HR payroll job title is listed as a "contact center specialist" on my paystub and annual bonus form. This discrepancy arose because my company had a hiring freeze, and I accepted a lowball offer to fill the urgent need for a business analyst. My actual role was never related to customer service, and I've never handled customer calls. I've spoken to my manager about changing my backend job title, but he informed me that it's not possible due to HR policies. I'm worried that during background checks, employers will see the "contact center specialist" title instead of my actual role as a business analyst, which is a significant difference. I'm considering attaching my offer letter to clarify my position, but I'm unsure if that will be enough to avoid any issues. I'm really concerned about the possibility of an offer being rescinded due to this discrepancy. I don't want to list "contact center specialist" on my resume since it doesn't reflect my true responsibilities and would feel like a downgrade. If I had known about this title beforehand, I wouldn't have accepted the job. Any advice on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated.
