I’m currently working as an overnight stocker at Walmart, and I’ve been in this role for about a month. Lately, I’ve been feeling really anxious about my job security. I’ve heard some concerning things about the management, and I’m starting to see some of those issues firsthand. I have medical conditions that make it difficult for me to be punctual and productive, and I often need bathroom breaks every couple of hours. I’m at risk of losing my job, which terrifies me because my rent is high, and I can’t afford to be unemployed. I’ve accumulated 4 points for attendance, and I don’t fully understand how that happened since I try to cover my missed time. I feel like I might be getting unfairly penalized. I’m reaching out for any advice or suggestions on how to navigate this situation. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
