I've been searching for a job for several months now, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I'm currently registered with a job center, and they tell me my CV is in great shape. I've been following all the advice I've received, and yet, despite doing everything right, I’ve only had three interviews in the last two months, none of which led to a job. I’m applying through various platforms like Indeed and the government website, and I’ve also reached out to recruitment agencies, but I rarely hear back from them. This whole process is mentally exhausting. I lack work experience because I had to drop out of university to take care of my mum and deal with my own mental health issues. I live in a small town in the UK, which limits my job options further, especially since I can't drive due to my eyesight and I rely on public transport, which isn’t always reliable. I'm currently on universal credit, receiving only £300 a month, which makes it really tough to get by. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any tips or strategies that could help me stand out in my job search or speed up the process. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
