Applied at IQ Talent Partners for Unknown

I recently received multiple messages from a recruiter at IQ Talent Partners, which is unusual for me since I've never been contacted by recruiters before. They seemed to have reviewed my resume, but I can't shake the feeling that something isn't right about this situation. I've seen comments from others suggesting that these types of outreach might be a scam or that they are just trying to sell something rather than actually offering a job. I'm considering blocking them and moving on, but I wanted to get some more opinions first.
