I recently had a technical case interview for a software engineering position at a tech company. I felt confident about my performance during the interview, as I was able to effectively demonstrate my problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. However, it has now been over two weeks since the interview, and I haven't heard anything back from the company. I've followed up with the recruiter, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating to feel ghosted after putting in so much effort, and I'm starting to lose hope about this opportunity.
