I'm currently working as a Senior HR Business Partner in New York City, but I'm really looking to get out of here. I've been in this role since March, and while the salary is okay, the benefits are lacking and I'm just not enjoying it. Before landing this job, I spent 11 months searching for a new role, so I took this position out of necessity. Now, I'm feeling quite deflated and uncertain about my future. I'm considering whether to keep looking for better opportunities in NYC or to broaden my search and relocate. I'm open to moving anywhere since I'm single and live alone, which gives me the flexibility to explore new locations. I'm curious about the job market in other areas and any tips on how to successfully land a job that would allow for relocation.
