I recently applied for unemployment benefits in Colorado and encountered a frustrating issue. After submitting my application, it was closed due to inactivity because I took a couple of days to update it. I reopened my application the next day, and the missing questionnaire was approved, leading to a determination that I was eligible for benefits. However, now I'm stuck because I can't find the button to request payment. I've checked multiple times since last Friday and today, but the payment section is blank, only showing 'next steps - eligible' without any option to request payment. I've already read the determinations and have been applying for jobs through Connecting Colorado, but I'm unsure if I'm glitched out of receiving payment or if I need to start a new claim. Feeling really stuck and unsure of what to do next.
