I was let go from my part-time packaging job in fulfillment after just six days, and surprisingly, they asked me to come in for one last day of work. They claimed that all my packages were messed up and had to be redone, but it felt like they just did a random check after I left. It’s confusing because if I was such a problem for them, why would they want me to come back? To make things more complicated, I accidentally misgendered a coworker the day before I was fired. I’m not sure if I should take them up on the offer to work that last day or just move on. The whole situation feels really off.
